Vision, Purpose,
& Principles

I work towards my vision, to fulfill my purpose, and according to my principles. As we collectively come to terms with the enormous amount of work we have to do to live in the world we want, I work to be a light in the dark, guiding you along the path.

Vision

My vision is a liberated world where communities are defined by a deep sense of belonging and healing.

Purpose

My purpose is to co-create a liberated world where communities are defined by a deep sense of belonging and healing. I do this by working iteratively with diverse clients across scales to create transformational change and centring solidarity with those most impacted by oppression.

Principles

Liminality

I see and value the wisdom of what cannot be easily defined, contained, or understood.

Divergence

I see, think, and do things differently, intentionally diverging from the status quo in the interest of creative destruction and more generative world-building.

Reclamation

I work with marginalized communities and community members to reclaim their own power on their terms.

Transformation

I seek to transform the current conditions into a liberated future.

Iteration

I honour and build on existing strengths to create powerful patterns of change across scales.

Anti-Oppression & Solidarity

I work to resist and eliminate oppression at every opportunity, most importantly, by working in solidarity with those most impacted by systems of oppression.

Praxis

I holistically mobilize theory to practice to effect systems change.
